During the meeting of 28 October 2008, Biverbanca’s Board of Directors adopted the GRUPPOMONTEPASCHI’s Code of Ethics, which indicates the principles, models and standards of behaviour which the Group is committed to follow in all its activities including internal relations, market and stakeholders relationships, environmental issues. Consequently, Biverbanca’s Directors, Statutory Auditors, top Executives and all employees are required to follow the rules set forth in the above mentioned Code of Ethics in order to implement the Group’s social responsibility policies and contribute to harmonizing the Group’s objectives with the interests of civil society. General Principles mainly refer to the Group’s mission and values which enhance the ethic of responsibility, employee professional growth and customer-orientation by further strengthening the strong territory rooting of all Group affiliates.
